Introduction
The Insights Discovery® Accreditation Program is a 4-days training for HR-professionals and managers. You learn to get the most out of the Insights system for personal, team and organization development. The Insights system is applied world-wide in support of the following types of organizational issues:

• Personal and team effectiveness
• Leadership development
• Cultural change
• Recruitment & selection
• Competence development
• Coaching and counseling.

Program
Day 1 - Experience the Magic of Insights!
Participate in an Insights Discovery® Workshop, either for the first time, or to refresh your experience. Be inspired by the Insights magic! Participants will:

• Understand Self and Understand Others
• Adapt and Connect
• Develop Useable Interpersonal Strategies.

Day 2 - Understanding the Insights Discovery System
This day will give you the background to the Insights Discovery® System and a full understanding of the construction of wheel and graphics, and how to use them.

Day 3 - Facilitating With Insights Resources
This part of the program will show you how to apply the learning in a workshop environment. We shall give you the skills to develop your participant's understanding of themselves, others, and how to begin the journey of adapting and connecting to improve relationships in their lives.

Day 4 - The Practical Application of Insights Resources
We explore how to apply the Insights model in differing situations, with different objectives and required outcomes.

Program Fee
The fee for the 4-days accreditation training is € 4.380,- (excl. VAT). These costs include: all training materials, lunches, two diners, drinks, 2 profiles for practicing, a one-year license for working with the Insights model, Insights Discovery Software and Hasp including 100 units to generate Insights Discovery® Profiles.
Insights may only be used for the organization that paid for the fee of your accreditation training.

In case of cancellation, Insights will charge the following cancellation fees:

• For cancellations 14 to 28 days before the start of the training: 25% of the total fee of the training
• For cancellations 1 to 14 days before the start of the training: 50% of the total fee of the training
